Shipping Policy

All Friend Lab pieces are made to order. This allows us to reduce waste and produce intentionally.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. This includes production before shipment.

Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery times are estimated as follows:

United States: 3–7 business days
International: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, and external factors.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to high demand, carrier issues, or customs processing. Friend Lab is not responsible for delays once an order has been shipped.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Friend Lab is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
